Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing connerh126@gmail.com with your order number.

Items must be unused and returned in the condition received, with their original packaging and included accessories. Items sold as open box may be returned in their original received condition.

Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct address.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly. We will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or explain any rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
